In 2017, BCOMM won a three-year
as-needed public relations contract with the Port of San Francisco. And
then won one it again in 2021...
One of the projects BCOMM worked on for the Port was with SlowClap Productions to produce and launch “SFPORT-TV”, a YouTube Channel Series that brings stories from the waterfront to life.

Expanding the way the Port communicates with the San Francisco community and beyond.

Port Supports San Francisco’s Citywide COVID-19 Response
Episode 1 of SFPORT-TV, “Port Supports San Francisco’s Citywide COVID-19 Response”, highlights the Port’s extensive community engagement to bring resources, health and safety measures to San Franciscans, during COVID-19. The video features members of the Port’s staff who were instrumental in helping the San Francisco Department of Public Health establish a COVID-19 testing site, the San Francisco Marin Food Bank to provide food security to those in need, and San Francisco’s Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing to protect individuals experiencing homelessness.

Episode 2 of SFPORT-TV:
Crane Cove Park – New Park Opens in District 10
Episode 2 of SFPORT-TV, “Crane Cove Park – New Park Opens in District 10” served as a park opening announcement for Crane Cove Park, a new incredible green space that preserves historic maritime resources, provides public access and recreational opportunities to the Bay, and expands the Port’s necklace of public open spaces. The video features several community stakeholders, including San Francisco Mayor, London Breed and District 10 Supervisor, Shamann Walton.
