Contract Monitoring Division (CMD)
1st Thursday of every other month, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
The Local Business Enterprise Advisory Committee (LBEAC) advises the Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) Director and other City leaders on improving the Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Program. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of every other month, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and are open to the public.
Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (OCII)
1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month, at 1:00 PM
OCII oversees development in areas like Mission Bay, Transbay, and Hunters Point Shipyard/Candlestick Point.
Regular meetings of the Commission are held at City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place (Room 416), promptly at 1:00 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month, except legal holidays.
The Treasure Island Development Authority (TIDA)
2nd Wednesday of every month, at 1:30 PM
TIDA Board of Directors makes policy decisions critical to the future of the Island. Regular meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 1:30 pm at City Hall. Special meetings are held in April and November at 6:30 pm on Treasure Island.
The Port of San Francisco
2nd Tuesday of every month, plus the 4th Tuesday in February and April, at 2:00 PM for closed session and 3:15 PM for open session
The Port Commission oversees 7.5 miles of San Francisco Bay waterfront, managing its development and operations. Regular meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday of each month, with additional meetings on the fourth Tuesday of February and April. Meetings take place in person at the Ferry Building, with public comment allowed both in person and remotely.
San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month, at 9:00 AM
SFO's Small Business Affairs Office conducts outreach programs to promote local, small, and disadvantaged business participation in airport contracts. The Airport Commission meets on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 9:00 AM in City Hall, Room 400 and via teleconference, unless otherwise noted in the schedule below.
San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Citizens' Advisory Committee (SFPUC)
3rd Tuesday of every month, at 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Full CAC meetings will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, 5:30 - 7:00 P.M., 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 3rd Floor Tuolumne Conference Room unless otherwise noted. Meetings are open to the public and are subject to quorum. The Citizens' Advisory Committee (CAC) provides recommendations to the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and the Board of Supervisors regarding the agency's long-term strategic, financial and capital improvement plans.
