BCOMM organized & planned the groundbreaking ceremony
for the first phase of billion-dollar, bio-technical development in South San Francisco, Oyster Point Development owned by Greenland USA. A project set to change the landscape of the South San Francisco community forever, by adding a state of the art life sciences campus, parks & recreation, and residential units.
Transforming a barren field into a distinguished affair
suitable for foreign dignitaries and city officials; BCOMM oversaw the development of creative, the invitation, all event signage, the step & repeat, branded name-tags, floral arrangements, coordinated vendors, and more, for the celebratory occasion. Proceeding without a hiccup, those in attendance commented that it was the "most beautiful" groundbreaking they had ever attended.
