Content Development

5M is a four-acre mixed-use development located between 5th and Mission Street, in the South of Market Neighborhood (SoMa) of San Francisco.

When completed, the project site will transition to a residential, office, retail, and open space that serves as a hub for local arts, culture, businesses, and community non-profit organizations.

BCOMM works directly with Brookfield Properties, to manage 5M’s Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter platforms and run social media ads across each platform.

5M’s Overarching Goals for the First Quarter:

2

Significantly increase engagement, followers and foster meaningful growth for all 5M social media outlets – engaging the SOMA community, key partners and greater San Francisco area in a larger way with a more organic approach.

Achieve rapid, trackable growth while allowing the channels to find their own voice and create cohesion between all of the project’s digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and 5msf.com).

.

We achieved 5M’s goals by creating and sharing relevant content about the project, local businesses, community partners, to inform, support, and uplift the SoMa community.
