Building a Brand with Global Impact

Eric Kelly re-established Overland Tandberg as a private, Black-owned global technology company operating in over 100 countries. He launched Bridge to Technology in 2020, ringing the NASDAQ bell alongside 50 global leaders to spotlight the digital divide. 


Despite these milestones, Eric’s digital presence lacked cohesion and visibility, missing the opportunity to reflect his impact, leadership, and multi-generational reach.

Elevating and Positioning an Executive Brand

BCOMM stepped in to develop a strategic brand and communications platform that positioned Eric as a respected thought leader in technology, innovation, and equity. We delivered:

A comprehensive brand guide outlining tone, visual identity, and content strategy

A brand new executive logo to anchor Eric’s brand and reflect his values

Creation and refinement of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter profiles

A strategic social media ad plan to increase visibility and engagement

16 months of social media content calendars with custom graphics, supporting three posts per week across platforms

Crafting a Cohesive Visual Identity

BCOMM began by designing a custom executive logo that reflected Eric’s values of integrity, global vision, and inclusive leadership, serving as a visual anchor for his brand across platforms.


We then developed a clean, modern visual identity rooted in professionalism and approachability. Using a navy and gold color palette and the Futura font, we brought consistency and credibility to Eric’s digital presence.


Each social channel featured original, branded content aligned with key themes: thought leadership, executive insights, global impact, and social equity. We also created a full run-of-show and social media strategy for Eric’s NASDAQ bell-ringing ceremony.
