Anchor 1

An incredible event, Afro Nation Detroit was made possible through collaboration between Bedrock, Event Horizon (the brand owners of Afro Nation), and Paxahau (the producers of Afro Nation Detroit)! Overall, the event served as a reminder of the vast talent and creativity that Black people from Africa, the diaspora, and America have contributed to the world! The two-day festival spanned two stages, and included performances by Burna Boy, Davido, P-Square, Ari Lennox, Latto, Coi Leroy, and more notable artists in the Afrobeats, Amapiano and R&B/Hip- Hop genres!

There were also a series of lead up events outside the main festival days, including an Everyday People party, “Homecoming Conservations”, a panel discussion featuring both music and community leaders; the Jerk x Jollof  Welcome Party, a traveling dance party with African and Caribbean music and cuisine; and the Laughing Leopard Comedy Show, a comedy event featuring comedians from Detroit and the UK!

Afro Nation Detroit had over 20,000 Attendees From Around The World!
