Crafting a Social Strategy that Connects, Represents, and Inspires

We developed a social media strategy rooted in authenticity and community. Our goal was to amplify the voices of young people navigating housing insecurity while increasing awareness of 3rd Street’s wraparound services.

BCOMM curates monthly content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter that spotlights 3rd Street’s mental health resources, reproductive care, housing services, youth leadership programs, and more, empowering young people to seek support, and helping the public understand the power of their mission.

Reproductive Justice in Action: Rising for Reproductive Justice Campaign

We supported 3rd Street’s launch of their Rising for Reproductive Justice Campaign, an end of year initiative aimed at raising $40,000. The campaign called on the community to support reproductive health access for youth and young women in a time of increasing need.

A Message from Leadership: Quarterly Executive Letters

On behalf of Executive Director Joi Jackson-Morgan, BCOMM crafts Quarterly Executive Letters to keep stakeholders informed about 3rd Street’s evolving programs and needs. These letters speak directly to funders, partners, and community leaders — sharing timely updates and elevating urgent issues impacting youth in Bayview Hunters Point.

Stories that Inspire Action: Monthly Newsletters

We produce monthly newsletters that celebrate program milestones, staff highlights, event updates, and success stories from 3rd St. youth. From mental health to workforce readiness, the newsletter is a critical tool for driving engagement and visibility.

Elevating Big Wins: Press Release Support

BCOMM supported communications announcing 3rd Street’s historic $2.5 million grant from Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez through the Bezos Day 1 Families Fund. The press release celebrated the recognition of 3rd St.’s powerful work to address youth and family homelessness in San Francisco.

In partnership with 3rd Street Youth Center & Clinic, BCOMM continues to bring their mission to life across all platforms, building awareness, deepening community trust, and driving meaningful support for San Francisco’s youth.
