Casaundra is a senior multidisciplinary designer with 24 years of experience creating print, digital, editorial, and marketing communications. She specializes in publication design, branding, and production-ready artwork, and is known for delivering high-quality creative solutions in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while maintaining brand consistency across every project.

Before joining Bonner Communications, Casaundra was Art Director and Owner of Lynn Smith Design Studio, where she designed brochures, publications, marketing collateral, and advertising campaigns for both print and digital platforms while managing client relationships and production workflows. Earlier in her career, she served as a Marketing Designer at Orcutt | Winslow, developing proposals and branded communications for architectural and planning projects, and spent over a decade in editorial and publication design, producing multi-page layouts for magazines and newspapers under strict deadlines. She holds an Associate Degree in Graphic Design from Glendale Community College.
